Note: The Hospitals and Diagnostics empanelled as per the 2007 agreement continue to be empanelled under the CGHS Bangalore till such time as they are de-empanelled by the Ministry. They shall be eligible to be reimbursed at the older negotiated rates. They shall become eligible for getting reimbursed at the new rates once they sign the MoU under the continuous empanelment scheme at the new rates and are notified as recognized by the Ministry separately.
